Red Eagle — an independent marketing studio

Operated by Red Eagle Group, LLC

Effective Date: 03/26/2026

01 — THE SHORT STORY

Red Eagle is an independent marketing studio — brand strategy, web, performance, editorial, analytics, and the rest — run by Red Eagle Group, LLC out of Delaware, United States, and working remotely with clients worldwide. This Privacy Policy covers the studio's website at redeagleus.com (the "Website"): what personal information the Website gathers about the people who visit it and reach out through it, why, and what control those people keep.

Throughout, "the studio," "we," and "us" mean Red Eagle Group, LLC. Anyone who visits the Website, browses it, or gets in touch through it is an "Enquirer." This Policy is about the Website only — the personal data we handle once we are actually working with a client lives under the separate agreement that governs that work, not here.

↳ This Policy travels with our Terms of Use. On questions of using the Website, the Terms of Use lead; on questions of personal data, this Policy leads.

Use the Website or reach out through it and you are accepting what follows. If it does not suit you, the honest move is to step away from the Website.

02 — WHO HOLDS YOUR DATA

The studio behind this Website — and the party answerable for your information — is:

Red Eagle Group, LLC

1000 Northwest Street

Wilmington, Delaware 19801

United States

Email: contact@redeagleus.com

Every privacy matter — a question, a request, a complaint — belongs at contact@redeagleus.com, where the people who can act on it will see it.

03 — WHO THE WEBSITE IS FOR

The Website is built for businesses and the people who lead them, so it is meant for adults. We do not court information about children and knowingly take none from anyone under thirteen — the boundary set by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If a child's details reach us by mistake, a note to contact@redeagleus.com gets them removed.

04 — THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
What You Hand Us

When an Enquirer fills in the contact form or writes to the studio, we receive a name, an email address, and whatever the message contains — the shape of a project, a budget range, a timeline. It is only ever what you decide to share.

What Arrives on Its Own

As with any website, ours logs technical details on each visit: an IP address and the rough region behind it, the browser and device in use, the pages seen and the time spent, and the site that referred you. It keeps the Website healthy and shows us what is worth reading — read as a crowd, not as a single trail.

Dispatches

The Website invites visitors to sign up for "dispatches" — the studio's occasional email. Sign up and we hold the name and email address you give, for that purpose. More on that under "Dispatches, and Leaving Them."

Cookies

Cookies and analytics run on the Website; the section "Cookies, Briefly" lays out how, and how to steer them.

What We Leave Alone

No card or bank details, no government identifiers, and none of the sensitive categories the law fences off. If something of that kind lands in a message to us, we use it only to reply and then let it go.

05 — WHY WE HOLD IT

The reasons are few and plain.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the legal footing is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running a secure, useful Website; the steps you ask us to take before any engagement; your consent for dispatches; and legal obligation where it bites. You can object to anything resting on legitimate interest — the rights section says how.

06 — DISPATCHES, AND LEAVING THEM

Dispatches are the studio's marketing email — notes on our work, points of view, the occasional launch. They go only to people who asked for them, and each one is built to meet the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.): it names the sender, carries a real postal address, keeps its subject line honest, and holds a working unsubscribe link.

Leaving is meant to be as easy as joining. Use the unsubscribe link in any dispatch, or write to contact@redeagleus.com, and the address comes off the list — we act on that within ten business days and keep a quiet suppression record only so we do not add you back by accident. Any transactional reply tied to a request you made is separate and is not marketing.

↳ How dispatch sign-up data is stored and shared sits within this Policy — see "Where It Goes" and "How Long We Keep It."

07 — WHERE IT GOES

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. It leaves our hands only in the narrow ways below.

08 — COOKIES, BRIEFLY

Some cookies are simply necessary — they hold your session together and keep the Website secure, and cannot be switched off without breaking things. The rest are for analytics: they show, in aggregate, which pages land and how people move around, without naming you. Where the law wants consent before anything non-essential is set, we ask for it first.

Your browser is the control panel — review, block, or clear cookies whenever you like. Turn off the analytics ones and you can still read every page and use the contact form. There is no agreed standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so the Website does not currently change its behaviour in response to them.

09 — HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Enquiries and their details stay for as long as it takes to answer and, where work follows, for the life of that relationship plus a sensible stretch for our records. Dispatch sign-ups stay until you leave the list. Technical and analytics data has a shorter life — usually no more than thirteen months — before deletion or anonymising. Anything caught up in a legal matter stays until that matter closes.

10 — KEEPING IT SAFE

We take sensible, proportionate steps to protect your information — an encrypted connection to the Website, access limited to those who need it, and periodic review of how things are set up. No site on the open internet is airtight, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach happens and the law requires notice, we will tell the people affected and the right authorities within the time the law allows.

11 — YOUR RIGHTS

What you can ask for depends on where you live. In short:

California

Under the CCPA, as strengthened by the CPRA, you can ask what we hold, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of any sale or sharing, without being treated worse for asking. We gather little here — enquiries, dispatch sign-ups, analytics identifiers — and do not sell or share personal information in the sense that law means. Write to contact@redeagleus.com with "California Privacy Rights" in the subject line; we reply within forty-five days.

Nevada

You can tell us not to sell covered information under Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes, at contact@redeagleus.com. We do not sell it regardless.

Other U.S. States

Residents of Delaware, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with a broad privacy law generally may access, correct, delete, and port their data, and opt out of targeted advertising or data sales. Same address: contact@redeagleus.com.

Europe, the UK, and Switzerland

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or Swiss law applies, you hold the full set: access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Write to contact@redeagleus.com; we reply within a month. You may also take a complaint to your national supervisory authority.

Canada

Where PIPEDA or a provincial law applies, you may access and correct your information and withdraw consent, at contact@redeagleus.com.

12 — REACHING US FROM ABROAD

We run the studio from the United States, and we work remotely with clients around the world. Reach the Website from outside the United States and your information travels here and is handled here, under U.S. standards that may differ from those at home. Where an international framework demands specific safeguards for that transfer, we put them in place to the extent that framework governs us.

13 — LOOSE ENDS

The Website may link out to other sites; once you follow one, you are on their ground, and we cannot answer for their content or their privacy habits. We work under U.S. and Delaware law, and this Policy's nods to other countries' rules count only where those rules genuinely reach us. We want the Website and this Policy usable by people with disabilities, in keeping with the Americans with Disabilities Act — tell us at contact@redeagleus.com if something blocks you. And we update this Policy when practice or law shifts; the current version always sits at redeagleus.com with a fresh date, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
